We have rented several times from here. The process was easy. The staff was great to work with. We rented a van for vacation, it was new and they had just put the DVD player in each headrest, which was great for the kids. We have rented a new car while ours was in the shop since our vehicle was taking longer than expected, and we called and extended our rental. Cars are always new and clean.

Amtrak was running late but they were there to pick us up and the shuttle driver was fantastic. It was a stressful trip but the smiling faces that greeted us behind the check in counter made it more tolerable. I would highly recommend Heartland Rental to anyone needing a car rental.
